Garage door repair door probably needs to be replaced

One of the latches on my sliding door has broken and I need it replced

The screws in the bottom hinge of the fly screen door have broken and will need new ones to reattach the door. I’ve purchased a new pneumatic closer and need this fitted too.

Replace internal door and lay around 20l/m of skirting

We need some internal and external doors to be hung. It’s an old building and some have been repaired and will fit back in. Others are replacements that need to be cut down a bit. All need to have new holes drilled for the handles and barrels. The hinges broke off and we couldn’t find replacements so we would need to countersink the new hinges as they are bigger. I can show photos later or meet at the site.

Door handle is broken that requires replacement and the other needs fixing.

Looking for experienced trades person to install several items for a home business: 5 x ceiling hung track curtains,3 X wall/door signs, remove 1 electric blind, install skirting boards on a stud wall, install 1 x window shutter (simple brackets) on stud wall and 1 X venetian blind on stud wall. Install ceiling hung towel rack, and one wall hung towel rack, install front door smart lock. Must have experience securing items on gyp rock / finding studs/ steel frames. Hang a new external back door Trim to size and door handle cut out

The current bathroom door has water damage and needs to be replaced. I have the new door, but it will need the latch, hinges and handle added. No painting required. I can arrange for the parts. Seeking someone who's either an experienced handyman or is trade qualified.

Need the fly screen mesh replaced on our security door. Have bought the mesh and spline tool. One of the screws seems to be stuck so you will need the tools/skill to unscrew it.

I need an experienced trade to cut out a section of a double brick wall (inside skin and external skin) and then fix an aluminium fixed window. Opening dimensions is 620mm x 2200mm The area sits bout 3.5m from ground outside and requires a platform to work off. From the inside the area of the window sits on. Landing section of a L shaped staircase. The trade also requires to finish the internal with a revival.

3 x new internal doors need to be hung. Have purchased the doors already. Will require some planing to fit existing surrounds. All require existing handles to be fitted.

1. Hang 7 new internal doors and one new front door into existing jarrah frames, and install the hardware. All new doors are a reasonably good match for the frame size, should be fairly standard trimming needed. The front door needs a gainsborough freestyle electronic trilock fitted and offset hinges, and needs the bottom of the door rebated to suit the type of draft excluder the frame has. Other doors are pretty standard dummy handles (2), passage sets (2), and privacy sets (3). I will supply all hardware. 2. Install deadbolt into existing external laundry door. (I will supply deadbolt)
