I do not fully understand all the operation of Windows 11 and become very reluctant to try to use my new computer. I have been using an old version of windows so have been "left behind". You are disadvantaged when you do not Upgrade regularly with iT.

Help when I get stuck on Windows 11. Example my current problem is that my computer is running very slow when connected to internet, even when just using xcel, but returns to good speed as soon as I disconnect the internet, I suspect it has something to do with "One Drive" which was recently added. When I attempt to turn off my computer, I get message "one drive personal files uploading" but this never finishes. I suspect each visit will be only a few minutes, but I am willing to pay minimum of one full hour
