After updating to Windows 11, then reinstalling Windows 10, there are technical issues such as Windows Explorer freezing, thumbnails not visible in Windows Explorer

Need someone to provide windows 11 installation media for clean install of OS - Due date: Needs to be done on Monday, 12 June 2023

Various items I.E: Office/ folder creation/photo download storage/signatures/reply receipt etc as having real issues(windows 7 much easier just saying😜)

ThinkPad W530 is failing boot-up. Shows Lenovo splash screen and one line advising manual startup of Windows, whirrs, then stops and black screen. Have tried holding power switch down for hard boot but no joy. Similarly with removing battery then reinstalling.
