Kids laptop is playing up. Restarts itself when left idle for few minutes. Comes back up with a blue screen, starts up again itself. This only happens when not in a game. Just at the desktop level. When gaming this doesn't happen. Also one of the fans is a bit noisy. Might need replacing? Acer Nitro 5, 1yeah old, just out of warranty.

My workplace has a custom built Windows 11 gaming PC with two user profiles, one admin and one non-admin. We only have the credentials to log into the non-admin profile — the admin profile belonged to a previous employee. We need the PC to be reformatted with a fresh install of Windows and a new admin profile. This will require someone who can get the PC into safe mode and perform a hard reset. Backing up data is not required — nothing critical is stored on the PC.

Someone proficient in microsoft to set up device management on company computers

Bought a pc, and it's freezing after a couple of minutes. I've reset from the bios and it still keeps freezing. It's connected via Ethernet. Bought online from a company that has terrible support so I'm happy to pay someone if they can fix it. Windows 11

I do not fully understand all the operation of Windows 11 and become very reluctant to try to use my new computer. I have been using an old version of windows so have been "left behind". You are disadvantaged when you do not Upgrade regularly with iT.

I Have a Mac and I run window 7 thru parralells I only use word, publisher, excel, PDF and outlook on My Windows 7 . The windows 7 encountered the black screen and is inaccessible. To get around it, I have since purchase and downloaded windows 11 pro thru my Microsoft account and I can access all my windows 7 files thru windows 11. They are all visible and retrievable now at windows 11. I want someone to come to Parramatta and migrate the files from the windows 7 to windows 11. (word, excellent, publisher, outlook) I want to also transfer / migrate all my old outlook items from previous outlook used in windows 7 to the new outlook downloaded for windows 11. The New windows 11 version of Outlook is downloaded but not configured. It needs to be setup in coordination with my service provider whom can provide details on incoming and outgoing server entries as well as passwords for setup. Basically looking for someone to migrate windows and outlook from 7 to 11 pro.
