Windows 10 booting problem

Laptop turns on but won’t boot windows. Blue Screen saying there is something missing and requires windows recovery software. All happened when I tried to upgrade to the latest version of windows and can’t fix it. Even Acer haven’t been able to fix it over the phone. Afterpay is a bonus!
