Need to remove & replace 18 x metres of timber border strip, remove old mulch & lay new mulch. Timber strip needs to be pegged so it stays in place and at least 3/4 of timber must be buried in ground with last 50mm above ground. Width between fence & timber border is about 1,2 metres.
