Repair a bannister on the stairs which has come off the post at the bottom of the stairs and causing instability in the post half way up the stairs. 2. Replace 2-3 stairs closest to the ground that move (slide back and forth). 3. Refresh/re-coat the staircases, bannisters & posts with the same colour. 4. Supply & install clear acrylic sheets under the handrails to add safety due to loose wire balustrades.

Hi, we need someone to remove 3 wooden posts from our gate, remove the hardware and water hose from the posts, and remove 5 pieces of hardware from the house. I have tried removing these with a power drill and WD40 but haven’t been able to. Thank you for considering!

Wooden fence post separated from fence at the top. Currently using truck strap to hold them together to stop from warping/separating further. Need someone to drill the post back to the fence. Must be able to supply own drill and items to do job - I have nothing.

Wooden gate that needs two palings replaced and screwed in- down and across. You will need to provide your own replacement wood planks please and your own tools (saw, screws and drill etc). My old dog chewed through this due to anxiety and I need this fixed today for the new dog we are getting. We removed a wooden archway from our drive way only to discover the posts were attached by a large bolt. We need someone to grind off the bolt and remove the remainder of the wood x 2. Pics attached.

The old wooden fence needs repair, most urgently a section of it that has fallen over in the recent high winds. The fence is just temporary and needs to be made safe for now. The whole fence will need to be replaced soon (but not right now). Will need you to source/supply wooden struts and fixings (not included in the labour price, will pay for those separately). Must have own tools and provide mobile number on assignment of job. Can only be done Monday afternoon (ideally) after 2pm, or Tuesday.
