Single seat sofa damage to wooden floor boards. Around 2x2m area. Need to mend before end of lease on the 26th of September, landlord is aware of damages and is our responsibility to fix. Flexible with time and date, can be anytime before the end of lease.

I have a kwila bottom deck (6 x 5m) that has starting showing signs of wood rot in some joists causing the planks to become bouncing and unstable in places. Most of the deck is still rock solid but the rotten joists happen to be in the most trafficked area leading straight out to the back yard. For now I just need the load taken away from these joists and to have them supported by some additional hardwood screwed in alongside and the planks screwed back in neatly. I'll likely replace the whole deck in a few years so don't need to over engineer this. Flexible with time and open to ideas :)

Need to repair wooden chair leg. The chair is not expensive - just sentimental value. The chair needs reupholstering, but was my families favourite chair. Chair has 2 screws which do not thread and we've tried super glue, so needs an expert handyman touch. Would like this completed today/tomorrow. As this is not an expensive chair - budget stands at $40 please. Super quick job if you can thread screws or drill and fix. Parking is available at the building. Due date: Needs to be done ASAP.

My bed looks nice but is structurally dodgy AF. I need someone with the skills to fix it so I don't fear it's going to collapse everytime I turn over while I sleep. Dog has chewed trimmings of large wooden front/external door. Needs to look good again. Also fix teeth / scratch marks on the door. - Due date: Flexible

Need someone to put wooden floor tiles back in. Aircon leaked and they buckled out. Rental so wanting it done to a professional standard. Realestate is avoiding it so want it done before it gets worse and they try to make us pay for a a large amount of flooring. -ignore mess in photos.. it’s in the entrance so everyone walks dirty shoes over it. The wooden corner of our kitchen porch siding has opened up and needs to be fixed/sealed. FYI the $200 figure is just a placeholder – not sure how much the job will cost. We are open as to the timing of doing the task.
