Our pool has a beige wooden trim. A couple of areas have rotted. I would like these replaced and then the rest of the trim sanded and painted white

Three parts to task: 1) Replace middle support rail which has broken. 45mm x 28mm x ~2115mm. First picture shows where it goes when it is present. 2) Install two similar support rails from scratch, one to the left and one to the right so the end result is three in total. 3) Secure the narrow piece of wood the slats sit on the right hand side of the bed. This has already been done on the left hand side. Second picture.

An internal gate in a storage unit has been tampered with and falled off the wall. I would like it permanently well secured and I need one padlock put on the front gate to the storage unit. Pictures 1 and 2 are of the gate that needs fixing back onto the surrounds securely, picture 3 is unit 9s storage entry, picture 4 is an example of the padlock on other storage units that I could change for a more secure locking system

Looking for a licensed handyman with carpenting skills in order to do two tasks: 1) part of our side fence has broken and is tilted, half attached. It needs to be repaired by being placed back in the right place, and then being reinforced, likely with more wood. 2) the seating in the wooden barrel sauna has broken. One of the small supporting beams which is holding it up has rotten through and so the screws have come undone. This means the seat is wobbly and close to falling apart. You will need to bring your own tools and materials.
