Cord has frayed on blind and is unable to move lowered or raised

I need some ready made wooden blinds cut to size and fitted.

Curtain rods won’t stay up drilled directly into the brick because the brick is so old and crumbly. Need someone to install a piece of wood across 3 windows, measured, cut, painted white, to re-hang the curtains in my office.

I have 210m wide faux venetian blind to install on a window. I’d like it to be done before Xmas and will be home from work the 18th, 21st and 22nd so any of those days will be preferable.
