Hi, i am looking for an in person, personal training type, session to work on my flexibility and mobility. I have been inflexible for as long as i can remember (42 male), amd have tried yoga classes but i never feel like i am doing things right, so i am looking to have a few/several hourish sessions with someone to teach and show me proper techniques etc. Happy for you to come to my home (have a basic setup for weekly pt sessions) or to travel to your home/studio if needed (preferably in the inner east brisbane area).
