We have been let down by the painter on this job and need a chop out from a professional painter/painters to finish the remainder of the outstanding works. There is lots of little attention to detail painting stuff and staining of timber items as shown. The project completion date is end of day Friday, so need someone who is available straight away. All paints will be onsite and needing a start straight away, access is available anytime. There will be opportunities for ongoing work if you are a good tradesman. Budget price is hourly rate, happy to have two painters onsite.

Stain i cant remove whatever i try

Carpet has a powerade spill stain. Attempted to removed it with vanish product and no clear result. Need stain removed and colour matched to the rest of the carpet.

There are a about 6-8 small/faded rust stains and one larger one. The staining is on concrete - in an outdoor apartment on the 5th floor. I have tried to remove the stains with vinegar and CLR, but they are stubborn. Need a professional to take this on with stronger products.
