The dinner will be for a group of 10-12 people and will take place at our home on saturday 23 November with a preferred start time in the late afternoon or early evening. We’re seeking someone who specializes in cooking with fresh, high-quality ingredients and who has experience with wholesome, clean cooking. Our group is health-conscious, so we’d love for the focus to be on the natural flavors of the produce and meats, using butter rather than oils and minimizing the use of sauces. We are hosting an event that we would like to cater with Tacos. Ideally as authentic Mexican as possible. We require an experienced chef or cook that can provide evidence of ability to order, prep, cook and serve large quantity of food. We will go with a simple minimal menu of 4-5 tacos and open to suggestions to make the menu authentic, tasty and easy to serve. Expecting 200 - 300 people.
