Tasks would be things like: - packing toys away - hanging and folding laundry - washing dishes - cupboard organisation We don’t want a typical cleaner, you don’t need to mop or scrub, it’s more tidying and organising. We want someone non-judgemental who can walk into a messy space and get it in order. We would like someone with a police clearance please. (rate, days and hours are all negotiable)

Hi. I own a cacti nursery and have become disabled due to a motor vehicle accident. I am looking for someone with attention to detail that can follow very simple instructions for an hourly rate. I will pay you $40 per hour. The $40 on this job is to see how your first hour goes. All I need currently is someone to move pots to rearrange my nursery. Being cacti, you need to work with patience so you dont get splinters. Mostly 15cm pots that need moving. I would prefer someone nearby Flagstaff Hill so you can pop in for short 1-4 hour jobs when fitting for both. If we are both happy with the work you've done, there's opportunity to get more work in summer as most of my plants need tending to and watering every few days in summer and maybe once a week in autumn and spring but not much work in winter. My plants are specialist types so if I ask you to use the hose gun on its lowest setting and then you water them with the hose and no gun and disturb the 4 layers of substrate I will not ask for your help again as that only makes more work than it helps. I dont ask for much, just follow simple instruction and we will get along great. Im generous to those who dont cause me any dramas and actually help.

I need someone who will reliably turn up on a weekly basis. The person needs to have an eye for detail, clean effectively and use initiative. All cleaning goods will be supplied. For the first 2 weeks the person will be needed for 4 hours, after which it will be 3 hours per week. The person will initially be paid $140 for the first two weeks and then $110. The preference is payment to be paid as a bank transfer, directly into a bank account. The person must also be willing to undergo a police check.
