I will be moving out from my current property and need a helping hand or two to help out with packing and moving junk and rubbish from the property to the kerbside. I have been very busy and there’s few hours of work to do. The offer is for 5 hours and we can change the final price upon task completion. Happy to pay $20 per hour for one person and if you want to bring a friend to make it quicker, that’s $40 per hour for two people. I am flexible with the timing anytime on today or tomorrow, preferably as early as possible. This task is more of a household help with packing and cleaning as we pack things along. Our home includes: • One bedroom • A baby nursery • A home office • A small kitchen • An open-plan living & dining and balcony area • One bathroom + one ensuite (both quite compact) We need standard cleaning each week along with general housekeeping tasks which COULD include: • Changing bed linen • Putting on and away laundry, replacing towels, etc. • Unloading the dishwasher • Hand washing a pot or two as well as some knives every now and again as they can’t go in the dishwasher • Tidying up and ensuring everything is neat and functional • Emptying bins around the home • General dusting and upkeep • Sweep the balcony occasionally • Clean glass balcony doors We require that you are fully insured, have a valid police check, and can provide invoices for all services. We’d love to find someone experienced, thorough, and proactive—someone who can understand how we run our home and takes initiative where needed. In return, we will have this as a long term, consistent opportunity with flexibility and reliability - Approx. $60 per hour. Everytime we try wash our clothes, when the laundry gets down to 11 minutes, it starts shaking and moving, and then stops and shows the message “out of balance”. We’ve tried running the same cycle with less clothes, but the same thing happens again
