Overall the home has been returned in reasonable condition although there is some additional cleaning throughout that is required: - Cobwebs throughout ceilings inside - Floors very dirty through as pictured - Entrance hall: Return air vent dusty requires wipe down, floors cleaned and skirting wiped. - Lounge room: Walls require cleaning, window frames and floors. - Kitchen/Dining: sliding door and tracks require cleaning. Ceiling has some food marks on it, bench top needs cleaning and rangehood and stovetop both quite greasy and needs cleaning. - Ensuite: Stickers on door frame, mirror needs a clean, cabinet has some marks on outside and floor is very dirty. - Bedroom 2: drawing on the door, sticker on cupboard to be removed, - Main bathroom: Walls very marked and require cleaning, floors extremely dirty, bath also dirty and the shower needs additional cleaning. - Toilet: exhaust fan heavily built up with dust. - Some items left behind in garage. - can you remove any objects inside the house and leave them in a box at the door please.
