I have a large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 2 kitchens and front and back deck that's needs to be thoroughly cleaned including inside all cupboards and crockery, walls, floors, cielings, fans, windows, furniture etc: from top to bottom and front to back. It will probably take 3 days to complete starting Wednesday 8th January for 7 hours at 10am -5pm, Thursday 9th January for 8 hours 9am - 5pm and Friday 10th January for 5 hours 9am - 2pm that's a total of 20hours at $30hr. You need all your own equipment.
