Anyway outside my level of understanding. We are a mostly Chinese house and we need to get it fixed. I think bypassing the Telstra modem and using the deco network direct may fix it. Or changing the Telstra modem settings

My Macbook is stuck on Capslock, and didn't let me log in anymore. I then tried resetting the entire thing but when connecting to wifi it's also stuck on Caplock and won't let me connect to the network to finish the process. I even tried an exterior keyboard but it's still locked and won't let me use numbers that I need to connect to wifi. We have a wifi package that we require help to set up. We can do the running of cables and install but would need someone to advise how to set it up and attend and compete the setup.
