I hav a 2017 iMac that is displaying the question mark file on startup. Disk first aid has identified a problem, but I don’t know enough to proceed. The Fusion Drive disk storage has been previous replaced with an ssd drive. I don’t have a backup. Can someone in Adelaide help me make a backup and reinstall the os correctly, if possible? Thanks

I have a Dell Optiplex server running Ubuntu Linux. It is currently refusing to boot. I am 95% certain this is because /etc/fstab is telling it to find external drives that do not exist. (I foolishly did not set the command with the nofail parameter). I need someone with a Linux computer (or Apple / PC with appropriate software) who can mount the harddrive and edit the fstab files to remove the offending lines.

We need an IT technician/engineer to install a pre-configured server and setup several peripheral devices, under instruction and with assistance from our HQ in Perth. The helper should be competent and confident configuring Windows 10/11 workstations, and familiar with ISP routers and associated networking equipment to the point of connecting to the them and providing our engineers remote access to his workstation. Assume this to be a 0.75-1 day's onsite work, final price to be based on skillset and hence amount of assistance/supervision needed. A technical chat with our engineers will be required to firm up price and assess skillset before choosing a helper. As such, initial price set low on assumption we will need a remote engineer to assist, but negotiable once we've spoken.
