Hello, My husband and I are looking for someone to meal prep for us while we are going through a busy period at work for a few months. We would provide all groceries, and you are welcome to prepare the food in our kitchen. We're both shift workers and usually meal prep salads for lunches and a main meal for dinners at work. There is parking available in the apartment block, you can use our spot whilst we are at work or a visitors. Hours are flexible, and you can use our apartment to complete your personal tasks in between.

I am an individual struggling with ADHD, depression and IBS. I have to follow a low-FODMAP diet at the moment but I struggle to cook sometimes and have many food aversions. I keep cooking the same thing and I'm quite sick of it, not to mention I'm not getting all my nutrients. I need someone to come over and meal-prep some low-fodmap meals (let's say 10 meals). The catch is that you have to come up with those meals based on very restricted amounts of food I can eat. Maybe we could sit down and work it out together, but I will need you to lead the conversation as I'm struggling mentally at the moment and can't come up with anything myself. Then I could get the groceries, and you'd come over to cook the meals. Another catch is that if you accidentally put too much of something in, I will feel quite sick, so I need to be very responsible and careful.
