Hi, We are inquiring in relation to repair/replacement of the front deck. As you can see from the attached photos, the chipboard is beginning to rot from the water and is causing issues. What I would like to do is remove the chipboard and tiles and replace with timber decking. I will require waterproofing and sealing however of the first 1m as this goes through to the downstairs area and I dont want the water obviously going through. The handrailing and stairs doesn't need any work. The deck dimensions are as follows: Length = 5.0m Width = 2.1m

We have decking installed around our pool. There is a hatch in the decking (135cm by 90cm) which has rotted over time and is now falling apart. We need the decking hatch replacing entirely, (built from scratch) in similar style to the existing decking. The hatch does not need painting, I can do that, so the quote request is for the materials, the construction of the new hatch and the labor. In the past we've had bad experiences where people have started work, and then disappeared for weeks without completing the work. The hatch in its current form represents a safety risk, so we really cant afford to be waiting around to get the job done. On that basis, whoever does the job will need to get it done relatively quickly.

I need help in moving decking timber from Bridgeman Downs to Collingwood Park
