Removing the old deck and building a new composite deck (click deck/Ecko deck?) only under alfresco 350cm*410cm.need licensed carpenter and permit from council. Not sure if can use the existing deck frame or need a new one. But definitely need to cut the existing frame to only cover under roof area for new deck as it’s already extended and screwed to the walls.

Decking nails are raised, needs to be re seccured to make safe and ensure no one stands on exposed nails. I tried to hammer them in but they keep coming back up, the decking is also slanted at the swing, some spots where the nails go in the wood is split underneath. Due to the sub floor being rotted/ collapsed there is nothing for the nails to be secured into. The under supports have given way. I would like to repair of the affected area.
