Find an experienced ceiling fan installation professional in Sydney

Replace a brand new Brilliant “Grace” ceiling fan without light with a “Grace” with light. See photos. Light switch already connected and internal ceiling bracket already installed. Both fans have identical attachments. Estimate under 1 hour - this is an easy swap out which we are not permitted to do ourselves.

I need a ceiling fan fixed that is making a clicking sound on higher settings. It’s quite high up so will need a tall ladder. I also have a flickering bathroom light that needs fixing.

There are two power switches in the kitchen that need tending too. One of the switches is a bit wobbly but still functional. The other switch keeps flicking up when pushed down - this has happened before and we usually need to get a sparky in to fix it (even after switching off all appliances and turning them back on). We also have a ceiling fan that has started making a buzzing / rattling sound. Looking for this to be fixed as well.
