Single story with tiles. We recently installed an electric water heater (those constant flow ones) but as there were no electric outlets on that side of the wall the plumber used a long extension cord to power it. We need a permanent electric connection for safety and long term use. The circuit board is on the same side may be 7 meters away.

I have a Rheem Thermal heat pump water heater connected to the pool. It is showing the entering temp as 56.5 deg C and the unit is not turning on as the fan and compressor is not turning on, even though the it is showing as Unit is ON.
