Repair or replace tap and spout

I have three old wood house stumps which will need a chain saw to cut into moveable pieces, then removed from the property. The stumps are under the house and whilst there is a narrow access under the house the stumps are located in an area that can be accessed. 3 stumps 800x350. Prefer job done asap.

We have a clump of big yukka trees that needs removing as it’s pushing over our fence. We would also like the stumps ground down. There is also another small stump that needs grinding down. It would be preferred if you could also remove the trees once they are cut.

The back verandah steps down to the garden only have a banister on one side, leaving the other side exposed. This is dangerous and not to code. I need to have the other banister installed in such a way as to match the rest of the staircase. Building is a queenslander and the staircase is timber.

Repainting our daughters room - this includes applying a fresh coat of paint to the walls, ceilings, and trims. We will provide the paint selected for the room. Additionally, there are some touching up spots throughout the house where the paint/plaster board has been chipped, faded, or been damaged over time, along door frames, baseboards, and other high-traffic areas.

Have two wall mounted taps (double handed) that are leaking. 1 seems to have a notch (cut) in the seat

We are replacing some old bath taps. We got one tap cover off but it took the tap body with it. We have put one of the new ones in there just to stop any drips. What we would like is 1) Remove the other tap cover and assembly. 2) On both, install the new ones so we can get the water back on. We are refinishing the tiles so we will just screw the actual handles on later.
