Install three ceiling lamps, purchased from China, to replace the old ones.

Need some help with replacing vanity benchtops and retiling the surround. Cash job and flexible. For both bathrooms vanities: 1. Need only the wall tiles removed as shown by the ‘purple’ lines in the pictures. The tiles were installed around the benchtops. Tiles are size 600x300 and the total tile area to be removed is just on 2sqm for all. 2. Vanity benchtops removed and discarded and basin/mixer tap plumbing disconnected. (I removed the same kitchen style benchtops and came off easily). 3. Re-tile the wall tiles same as what was removed (I have replacement tiles). 4. Return for a 2nd visit to connect the new counter top basin wastes and mixer taps once the benchtop company have competed their installation. Will need to align the 2nd visit date once benchtop company has completed their install. Will firm up exact date once job is secured with you.
