Small job! You could fit it on the end of a job in the same Inner West area - it would only take half an hour or so. We need someone (with experience laying and cutting floating floors) to fit some spare laminate 12mm floorboards into the area shown in the pic - it measures 97cm x 76cm. We also need a small rectangle of underlay of a similar size, to go under the flooring. To note: - We will be having tiles laid in the hallway up to the door join. - We need this laminate flooring laid before we can go ahead with the tiles. - We are hoping the 4 floorboards we have will be enough to cover the area. - We'd like a nice straight line for the tiler to tile up to, so person hired will need to cut the boards for us. Our floating hardwood timber floor has badly warped and risen over the last 5 days so need someone to remove the skirting boards and lift the flooring so we can investigate the cause of the issue.

You may need to see this first as I cannot photograph it properly! Large area of bamboo floating floor has lifted as bamboo has swelled during high humidity & has used up all the expansion joint.
