Develop a scope of work and a material list for the following:-Remove dispose of and and replace existing decking boards on first floor balcony. Also remove and dispose of 2x planter boxes situated along northern edge of the deck. Decked area measures approximately 5M x 4M x 3M. Material to be used is Merbau 90mm planks with 2 x stainless steel decking screws into each floor joist. A protective membrane is to be installed atop each floor joist under the decking boards. Existing BBQ to be reinstated in existing location.

We have purchased 14sqm of underlay and floating timber floorboards to be installed in our living room in Elwood. Living room currently has carpet which I will have removed prior to this task being started.
