We have purchased 14sqm of underlay and floating timber floorboards to be installed in our living room in Elwood. Living room currently has carpet which I will have removed prior to this task being started. Skirting will also need to be installed around the perimeter of the lounge room (I will also supply these). Date is slightly flexible but needs to be done early January. I will have the floorboards and underlay ready on site for install. All offers will be considered.

Small apartment with floating floorboards, need sanding and polishing. 1 room, area approximately 27m2.

We are floor sanding and will take the opportunity to re carpet two cupboard spaces.

The paint in the wooden skirting has bubbled due to condensation. The boards on the side has lifted off due to condensation as well. Please see photos. For removal of the bubbles and painting of skirting or replace it. To fix the floor board. Need to remove or glue it back on or replace it. Needs to be done this week or next on Thursday, Friday or weekends.

Two particle board floor panels have been damaged by water in the past. Both need to be ripped up and replaced prior to some new carpet going down. If you can replace the smooth edge for attaching carpet as well, that's a bonus.

We've just removed the carpet from my room, revealing hardwood floorboards underneath. The tack has already been removed, but we need them polished and restored. The room is about 5.0M by 3.5M, and I'd appreciate someone with experience in restoring floorboards. I have attached images of the unpolished floorboards (with the carpet insulation left on top in the middle), as well as an image of the polished floorboards in the rest of the house for context). I have a slight squeek when standing on one of my floor boards, believe (but not 100% sure) this could be the board rubbing up against the kitchen island stone when stepping on the area circled blue in the pic. Need a handyman to fix the squeek. Boards are engineered timber floating boards on a concrete slab.
