Floorboards Instalation in a ground floor 1 beda unit in Bankstown. (Living/dining & bedroom area) -50m² I will be your labour. Please provide full cost breakdown for the Instalation, materials,etc I won't asigned the task unless you provide the cost of 50m² Instalation.

I recently had some of the timber boards under my floorboards replaced due to water damage. These were repaired by my strata manager, however in doing so they needed to take off my floorboards. Most of these are in a good state of repair and can be reinstalled, but I believe I will need a few extra as some were damaged as they were removed. So, I need someone to install my existing floorboards and provide few extra boards that match the existing floorboards so that my floor can be made complete. I found the same hybrid floorboards at "Iconic Timber Floor" in Newtown - see attached image. I have retained all of the skirting boards, so these will just need to be reinstalled.

Total space is about 40sqm (living/dining area + entry hall). Material appears to be engineered laminated board so no sanding is required.
