We have an 8 unit apartment building in St Kilda that needs regular gardening and maintenance to make us look as good as the apartment building next door. The current maintenance team are not doing a very good job. Monthly tasks required: 1/ sweep and mop stairs 2/ removal of all cobwebs 3/ check public lighting and change globes as required (globes extra cost) 4/ mow nature strip and trim edges 5/ light trimming of trees and shrub’s (tip fee’s extra cost) 6/ removal of junk mail 7/ keep bin area tidy 8/ weed garden area’s and water plants 9/ clean up leaves and any other debris in common area’s 10/ brush cut all area’s including weeds growing in concrete stress joints 11/ sweep all common area’s with air broom 12/wash windows (two story building) 13/report any repairs or fixes needed 14/suggest ways we can improve the building look and feel even more Quarterly tasks: - Pressure clean concrete, stairs and building - Remove pigeon poo from window sills and building ledges - Pressure clean bins The building is looking very grimy and we need help. We are currently in the process of updating our front and back garden and would like some assistance finishing of the design. Front garden: we really like the classic Victorian design.
