Clearing of two garden beds back to soil in preparation for artificial turf and cleanup of 6m fence line (mainly dead leaf cleanup really) in preparation for new fence. Green bin available for waste.

End of lease inspection . Got some bald patches in the garden . Lay the new turf where it’s bald . Landlords daughter is kicking off and we’re both registered disabled as we have chronic back issues and wife just recently had major surgery. Just need it to look better for the inspection as I cannot do it . Have already got the turf and top soil to use . Plus put a bag of Mulch over a flower bed by the shed which I’ve already got. Looking for someone to dig up existing front lawn (council strip grass) and lay new soil and turf. I can arrange to have soil and turf delivered by a local company on the day or you could supply yourself. Will require digger and truck to remove exisiting lawn.

Installation of artifical turf to a new build alresco area of 2.5 x 2.5.metres in size. The space will have concrete edging, back of garage wall, and side of fence around it. The space may need to be built up as I dont believe this will be done by the builder before handover. I am happy to purchase the turf based off advice and other building materials needed to layer under turf, so just looking for someone experienced to assist with installing/laying turf. There is a standard drain within this area that I imagine will need a hole cut in turf to accommodate for this. The build should be complete mid December. Turf prep, installation and garden bed cleaned up and remulched. No idea of costs involved so put a generic $1500 amount as budget.

Need this little area finished off as we dont have time to complete it as planned. I have the astroturf and pegs etc, this will need laying in the area where the bins sit, from the edge of the gravel up to the grass lawn, with little wood dividers in between. Have 2 x 20kgs bags of artificial turf sand Herr, pegs, and turf is 3720cm in length by 1800cm width.
