I need someone with a demo saw or similar to do one cut through an exposed aggregate concrete path in Maylands. The width of the path is 1400mm and depth 75mm. Doesn’t need to be perfect and no requirement to remove any section of path. The red line on the photo is where the cut would be.

After recent pool inspection ( my elderly father’s house) we need some help ensuring we meet the requirements. 1. Replace spring on gate to make it self closing 2. Drill screws into windows so they don’t open more than 10cm 3. Increase the height of a small section of wall ( doesn’t need to be brick) 4 install self closing latch onto sliding door.

My gate latch is not working- cannot open the latch. It seems like an inner spring or mechanism may have fallen off? This gate also has a lock feature.

City of Bassendean says pool fence not compliant - need to 1. make sure gate self latch and 2. move fence 90cm away from pool filter. Open for suggestions on fence - either redirect last panel away from filter and add some fence or keep existing and build second fence on inside - may be 1m x 2m fence. Gate spring probably just needs adjustment to ensure self closing.

Hi. I’m seeking a colour bond gate. The measurements are 180cm high and 164cm wide or 155cm wide with existing posts already there as per photos. Photo 1 is the existing gate Photo 2 is the colouring gate we would like. It also requires pool safety lock and self closing hinges. I’m looking for either the blue colour of the gate in the pic or the grey of the side fence.

**budget is flexible, inviting quotes for this task. Our front fence needs to be replaced (as it is too low to contain our dogs) and we would like something like the white picket fence in the image. The existing fence may be able to be partly utilised to secure the new pickets to. We also need a new gate, which will need to be hinged off some brickwork. Need to replace garden door latch

I would like a gate and fence installed going from the end of the garage wall (on the right hand side) to join the red brick. Not looking for anything fancy - just an aluminium slat gate and fencing. I have attached an image of the area :) The measurements are as follows From the garage wall to the garage of the paving: 2.35m Where the paving is, on the left hand side to the redbrick wall: 3.55m The small section connecting the paving and the red brick wall: 0.21m
