Install a ceiling fan in centre of bedroom ceiling (currently no light fixture in the centre but spotlights around the room)

Bought a new fan need to fix it where the ceiling light is.

Supply and replace ceiling fan/light with remote. Possibly reuse the existing remote and receiver.

Fix three downlights that are not working. Replace ceiling fans, 2 outside on the verandah and six inside the house.

Have already purchased 3 Ceiling fans (with light and remote) to be installed. Please note, it is a new installation, not replacement. (2 go to bedrooms and one goes to the balcony. ) 2 of the Ceiling fans are DC, the third one is AC. Location: A unit in one of the high-rises in the Brisbane CBD. No access to the ceiling space, hence the fans are selected to be with remote. PS: Once this job done, there is an opportunity for you to install another 2 in another unit. Note: Visitor car park available.

The ceiling fan is no longer working when turned on at the wall.

4 existing fans need to be replaced with new fans. The current fans do not have an isolation switch so they will need to be installed. Fans & colonial style switches & blocks have been purchased. Electrician to provide cable to isolation switches & conduit. The house is approx. Queenslander era with VJs & no wall cavities. Existing conduit is cylindrical & preference is to use this or similar. Ceilings are c4m high & fans will require extension rods (supplied) which may need to be cut to size.

The Hunter pacific international fan isn’t turning. Light is on. I’m trying to understand - can I repair? Or do i need a new one? Need someone to check today. If I need a new one, can help install tomorrow.
