Cornice of ceiling had broken and needs repair preference to nail and glue and refix

We are in the process of cosmetically refreshing our downstairs bathroom. I need to find someone who can finish an odd assortment of jobs.

Install 26 metres of trio Cornice

Need this sheeted with standard size cornice. Must set come back and sand. Smaller secrion 370hx1300w Biggest section. 4300 wide longest 2420 high Attached is bigget image then smaller secrion. Must set come back sand. Must run behind roller door and to cornice in corner

Job is to remove and replace the damaged cornice on this feature wall in preparation for it to be painted.

Old repair to plaster ceiling some years ago holding well but is lumpy and unsightly. Would like this fixed as house being sold soon. Area to be treated approx 65cmx8cm. Possibly just needs smoothing and better matching up of ceiling paint. Also need aligning of plaster cornice in nearby kitchen area where adjoining walls meet at 90 degree corner of room.

Small plastering job and cornice for pantry

Bathroom has been tiled to ceiling. Need cornice put in. Bathroom is 3.0m x 2.5m =11m of cornice. Also need 4m of cornice in hallway.

House was recently relevelled due to subsidance. As a result of the relevelling and subsidance cracks have appeared in walls and cornices have settled around wall. We need a qualified tradesman to install the cornice in our kitchen (approx. 7.5m) and patch the ceiling holes we have behind and over the rangehood. As well as, patch 4 other small holes on the ceiling of the bathroom, laundry and hallway (from changing light fixtures). You'll need to supply and install and marry into existing 90mm Cove cornice around it. Cabinets, benchtops and taps are installed so need someone who is neat and able to cover up well.
