Installing simple Door locker for bedroom

We need someone who is able to install our dog door on our Diamond Grille Security Fly Screen Door anytime after 18th April. Dog door will be provided. Currently have temporary dog door installed on the side of the sliding door. We’ve just put budget as $100 but willing to see offers.
