I have about three hours work for a handyman to do a number of small tasks around my house. They include the following: - install anchors to back of 3 bookshelves (anchors already purchased) - install strip of privacy film to small glass panel at from door - replace light gloves in garage and one bedroom - secure a canvas tie down section of a playground - insert a screw or nail (I don’t have) into a blind cord holder - fix shelf in bathroom cupboard, needs a tack to hold it up - put together a flat pack bathroom seat - connect hose in backyard and hang on a hose reel - check if a shade sail I have will fit in place in the backyard, if it does, will need to work out what is needed to install it and arrange another time to come back and install it - check what type of wall bracket is needed to hang a tv and arrange another time to come back and do it once I have brought the bracket

Need new entrance door lock installed, hinges cut in and door hung. We have the door already painted and stained, hinges and lock also purchased as shown in photo.

I have a down pipe that has come loose from the gutter. It should be pretty easy to connect it but it is too high for me to reach with my ladder.

I have had new doors installed in my home and they are not fitted right. They are hitting the walls and need to be slammed to close. I had 5 doors put in. 2 seem fine, the bathroom one is a little sticky but I think that’s just a winter issue. The 2 bedroom doors are the worst and 1 won’t even close. I have attempted to fix it and probably made it even worse. Doors are labelled in the pics door 1 and 2. As you can see door 1 is pretty bad as it’s hitting in 2 spots. They are brand new doors and I’m worried about them getting even more damaged than they are. I have also snapped a screw in one of the hinges trying to add longer screws as I read that can help. Help would be much appreciated. I’m sure it’s a quick job for someone who is much more talented then me.

Half acre block with rabbit proof fencing, but the rabbits have got in and established warrens under a bonfire and in a berry patch approx 5x5m, both difficult locations to access although you can get to all sides of the locations. I do not want to use poison and the house is too close to the road to shoot. Looking for someone with ferrets/terriers and nets and the ability to trap and remove as many as possible, as well as check and if necessary repair boundary fence, though I can't see any holes (gate may have been left open). Also check the rest of the property, eg behind shed, for other burrows. The house is not lived in full time but is rented mostly on weekends, so date can be flexible. Images to come.
