Looking for a qualified builder to fix a rendered post at the front of my house. It has been fixed prior (just over a year ago and is broken again- but worse this time). Must be able to provide warranty, photos of work and licensing. I am flexible and happy for you to see photos. Also will pay for materials- with receipt provided .

These will remain in place and the render to go over this as part of chimney - Roof is on a low incline, on top of ground floor building and easy to access Whilst it is a staright-forward job. House recently bought, part of the house is on a slope and as such has what I can only assume to be some water erosion of some of the render/underlying brick. Does it just need some paint? Due to the recent heavy rain, the property has suffered some extensive leaking in various parts. The insurance claim was rejected, stating some areas that needed to be fixed prior to repairs being approved. I will attach parts of the report and photos to the job. It is a double story townhouse.
