A wall needs repairing with render.

I removed a garden bed on my balcony and before I get the place retiled and need someone to render the wall. I will prepare the surface as best as possible.

Add a couple of bricks to the wall and patch in a couple of places. Then the top of the wall needs to be rendered, 12.5 metres of render

When the wall is dried out completely we need the damaged paint scrapped back, damaged part of wall fixed, area water proofed and sort of matching existing texture. Painting not needed, I can complete that

I am looking to paint the exterior of my house but before doing so need to verify the render is sound. I also had tie downs installed and need the holes patched, and there was small, localised damage to the render underneath a window. I can supply the render or reimburse the cost with receipts.

Repair two small patches of damaged render on our neighbour's side of our boundary fence - damage caused by drilling through the fence to install a gate on our side. The render has popped out in two <10cm circles around the drill points. See photos to show the damage. We will need to coordinate access with the neighbour to repair, but I will pay for the job. I have confirmed with the neighbour that he is comfortable not repairing the textured finish to begin with, and we can look at redoing the whole wall if required at a later date. - Due date: Flexible

Demolished old kitchen and some render went with it, unfinished hidden surfaces revealed as to be expected. Need wall to be evened out for a neat finish, ready for new kitchen cabinet installation.
