Apartment was poorly treated by tenant and requires some fixes. Kitchen sink water mixer is loose and needs to be tightened/fixed. Ensuite toilet seat has become unhinged. I suspect the blind hinge is broken, the tenant appears to have tried to reattach the whole thing using silicone - see photos.

The metal hinge on a wooden toilet seat has broken. I need the hinge replaced.

- Replace showerhead set (showerhead and rail) x 2 (2 bathrooms) - replace toilet seats x 2 - replace towel rail x 1 Also if possible (appreciate if it’s a different skillset and needs to be split into a separate task) - anchor chest of drawers to wall for safety

one of our toilet seat hinges has come out and we are not sure how to fix it . If someone can help with the same . below are the pictures for reference.

Moving into new house. Removalist don’t reassemble. I need: Reassemble king size bed, dog enclosure, cubby house, hang pictures, retractable clothesline, toilet seat, blind (if measurements permit),tv mount on wall. There may be a few more but doesn’t need to be done on that day.

Hello I need a handy man as my bedroom door has fallen off its hinges so I need it put back on and also the toilet seat cover has come off the toilet completely.

The hinge has rusted through and broken. I'm unsure if just the hinge can be replaced... so it's either that or a whole new toilet seat I need

Fix toilet seat ‘blind ‘ fixture

I was trying to add bidet under the toilet seat cover but the screw that holds the cover fell inside the screw’s hall.

I have two towel rails (similar to pictured) that have come off the wall. One completely and one still attached by one point. My ex tried to fix the first one but it's off again. Also, my toilet seats are loose and need to be secured. There seems to be a way to screw them tighter, but I'm not willing to attempt it myself!
