I bought a smart toilet seat bidet from Bunnings. (see here for reference - https://www.bunnings.com.au/evekare-smart-bidet-toilet-seat-with-remote_p0344202). Need someone who can install it. I have a powerboard near the toilet and a tap near it too. I sort of measured the toilet seat and I think it fits. Need this done before December.

Toilet seat is loose and towel rail is loose

I got a brand new toilet seat for my bathroom that I’d need it to be replaced with the new one I got it also I got a brand set of blinds that I’d need assistance putting it up in my bedroom

Toilet seat has come off the hinge. Require assistance to either repair the hinge or replace the toilet seat.

The hinge has rusted through and broken. I'm unsure if just the hinge can be replaced... so it's either that or a whole new toilet seat I need

Rental team want proof of work done and therefore, an invoice is needed as proof from company name. If someone can come this weekend 2 or 3 November at any time - ideal. If not, any evening after half 6. Unsure of cost for a quick replacement.

Fix toilet seat ‘blind ‘ fixture

I was trying to add bidet under the toilet seat cover but the screw that holds the cover fell inside the screw’s hall.

I have two towel rails (similar to pictured) that have come off the wall. One completely and one still attached by one point. My ex tried to fix the first one but it's off again. Also, my toilet seats are loose and need to be secured. There seems to be a way to screw them tighter, but I'm not willing to attempt it myself!

Our toilet seat is not properly secured on one side, one of the fixtures has come loose and needs refixing. Need to bring hardware (screws, washers etc).

Seat keeps falling down, both outside and inside seats. Bit of silicone on each side came out (in photo) and these are the screws that are used (in pic)

I’ve removed my toilet seat but prior wingnuts and bolts have rusted and fused meaning I can’t install the new lid. Need the bolts to be cut off.

1. Fix the bathroom door - the door is on a slight angle as the screws have come out of the latch, however the tread is no longer there. i need to put something inside the thread so the screw has something to tighten against. 2. Straighten / tighten the toilet seat

Take the bolt and screw out of the toilet seat. We tried everything to take it out.
