I'm a landlord seeking a reliable and thorough cleaner for the 'shared areas' of a single-story flatmate’s house, with cleaning needed every 6 weeks. Flexible on dates and times. You'll coordinate with occupants and I'll ensure payment. The Master Bedroom occupant regularly pays privately for an extra hour of cleaning for their room and ensuite. If any other occupant wishes the same they can organise with you directly. About the Space: • The home is equipped with a ducted vacuum for convenience. • Our previous cleaner worked solo, charging $40/hour and usually completing the job in 3 hours, occasionally extending to 4 hours for additional tasks. As mentioned earlier you will receive an extra $40 for an hour to clean the master and ensuite via the flatmate directly. In this first clean I'm happy to go to $160 to make sure the an additional item is done. Plus the master bedroom tenant that would come to a total of $200. All cupboards wiped out and cleaned. Oven cleaned. Floors caused and mopped. All box's and house items will be removed before starting.
