Modern Two story house in north manly/freshwater 4 bed, 2lounge rooms , 3 bathrooms and extra toilet &hand basin , vinyl floors down stairs, carpet upstairs, busy household ( three teens, parents working from home and large shorthaired dog) ..I prefer my equipment and products to be used , as I am sensitive to chemicals and fragrances. I have systems in place for recycling and minimising of use of soft plastics so I need a team who think similarly. Dusting to be done with the Dyson first then surfaces wiped over. Floors vacuumed and mopped( downstairs) , kitchen surfaces /cupboards wiped over properly, sinks properly cleaned, bins emptied, dogs beds taken outside ( shaken and aired and returned after floor cleaning) general tidying , various additional tasks as requested eg cleaning of main glass doors to rear deck every month , full wipe over of bathroom tiles once a month, scrub grout on bathroom floors once a month..etc Your team needs to operate with an ABN, have good English speaking and comprehension, be non-smokers, have proper insurances and references as well as be able to provide the same team regularly ( need at least two people , preferably three) as I want consistency and minimal time where cleaners are in the house because my husband and I work from home. Included in the clean wil need to be the over, oven trays, inside cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom, dusting blinds and ontop of lights. You will need to have good reviews as for this job you will need to let yourself in. Then let yourself out. You will also need to bring al your own cleaning equipment and products.
