VAG CDAA engine 1.8 TSI still in car, head removed, pistons still in. Need bore measurement on all 4 cylinders to verify condition and sizes for replacement pistons. Nominal diameter 82.51mm. Can crank it to expose bore. Want to verify it is worth with proceeding with piston removal and ongoing fixing. Car is in the garage, power available for additional light. I have LED overhead light.

Note: Please only quote if you have prior experience with this issue (please advise). Happy for you to quote an alternative approach. We noticed some yellowing of leaves and a branch snapped off easily. The hole in the branch looks to be from borer activity. Not sure how much of tree is affected, it may just be a small part. Scope is to cut out all dead/dying and affected branches from Murraya hedges back to as close to main trunk as possible. Only to be done where really needed. Spray all foliage (hedges ok both sides of house) with Cocky or similar systemic insecticide Place Initiator tablets in the soil at the base of each Murraya hedge (both sides of house). Remove and dump all rubbish (we have waste vouchers). - Due date: Before Wednesday, 7 June 2023

I need a hole bored horizontally through the side of a pond. It's got to go through concrete blocks and into the existing pit which is a PVC pipe. Diameter around 100mm. Length of hole around 230mm. The hole needs lined with a PVC pipe which is sealed in place. No vehicular access, equipment has to be hand carried. I can compromise on a few things, let me know if you want to discuss further. Date flexible.
