There are two parts to this job: PART 1: 2 x Raised recycled brick garden beds - A single layer low garden bed (2400mm long, 3 bricks high) - A double layer garden bed (2550mm long, 1000mm deep, 6 bricks high). PART 2: Paving the area (10m2) with limestone pavers (600x400x30), using road base and wet bed mortar, plus grouting and sealing. There is a slightly tricky slope to the site to deal with and an existing drain. What I will provide: - Preliminary preparation / excavation of the site. - Pavers supplied and delivered. - Soil and planting for the garden beds. - Bricks (~260 bricks) ex depot in Granville (you will be required to pick up and transport them to Dulwich hill with a ute / van) - Sand and roadbase (Tasker to advise on type and quantity) - Cement bags (Tasker to advise on type and quantity) - Organise a skip bin What you will supply: - Labour - Transport - All tools Hope the pictures make it clear. Replace three old concrete planks with treated pine sleepers. There are three planks: 1880mm, 2210mm, and 2400mm. All are around 350-450mm high. No excavation required.

I want to repair a short stone path and elevate it to be level so it raised to the height of the timber verandah attached to house . Involves building secure support, laying new scree, repairing and re-laying stone slabs and also protective barrier to garden and to public footpath ,(and shortening gate). Some stone slabs may need replacing . Second path also needs relaying (but will remain at currently laid level). Need a full landscape job done. 1. Need to remove all existing rock garden beds. Remove all rocks and dispose. Remove all plants and dispose. Remove soil from garden bed and dispose. Current size is approximately 1m in width and 7.2m one side and 4m other side. 2. Remove all grass and dispose. 3. Remove pathway between grass. 4. Build a new path straight to front door. Pavers. 5. Build a new brick fence line in the front I match existing homes next door. Brick footing already exists due as there use to be a brick fence. See photo of examples of this. Fence size is 4m one side of path and 7.2m other side of path. 6. Build a 500mm garden bed along the brick fence. Raised level and fill with soil. 7. Relay new turf everywhere else. I have an outdoor barrel sauna that I will be putting in my garden bed. Currently the area where it is going has some plants, soil and mulch. Need plants removed and relocated to a few pots + some cinder blocks or bricks or something put into soil to stabilise the barrel sauna when we put it in the garden bed area. Super easy level access.
