I'm looking for a QBCC registered builder to carry out some works outside our apartment. I am looking on behalf of a body corporate so I need proof of registration and insurance. Can a quote be carried out first and can you send an invoice? The retaining wall that is existing is a stone wall that is damaged in parts. The wall as it is now is 8000mm long and it needs to be extended by 2500mm. The wall height starts at 600mm and by the end it is 500mm so no permits needed. Materials will need to be sourced by you and transported to site. Access is very good along a 50m path from the pavement. Budget is a guide, I would appreciate quotes. Thanks

I've had some water seeping through my retaining wall and into my garage. The current drainage pit is surface level and not getting the job done during heavy rain. Looking to re-do this with a deeper drainage pit about 20m in length. There is an existing, working sump pump right in the middle, if this offers an option. I have the plans for the house and sewer/stormwater available. The area where the drainage pit runs is very narrow. Access to get to that area is wide open. Open to offers, can arrange an onsite quote or additional photos.

Replace sleepers with concrete sleepers and relay existing pavers reuse existing drainage or if not possible replace drainage

A bunch of rotten sleepers need replacing before Xmas. Have started to remove but don’t have the equipment. Single 200mm sleeper x 3000mm approx and potential replace posts.
