Need an apartment wall checked to see if it’s a retaining wall or not.

Approx 10-12M timber paling fence, standard height. Retaining wall may be required as some soil has fallen away.

Paint Bitumen Paint onto a small section of timber retaining wall. No prep needed - no sanding, filling, cutting in etc. It's only 12m long and 350mm high (See photos). You don't need to be an experienced painter. We will provide the paint (as pictured) and a new large painting-brush. Or you can bring your own equipment. There needs to be 2 x coats with about 2 hours in between. So you will need to come in the morning and come back in the avo please. Paying $75 p/h with an estimate of about 1 hour to apply each coat. Preparing area for fence installation: 1) remove the retaining wall including the posts in the ground and store along back fence; 2) remove 2 boulders that are in the way of the fence line; 3) remove the thin/baby bamboo from within 1 foot of the fence line; 4) remove approximately 8 large concrete pots; 5) remove broken pieces of concrete and the boulder next to them.

I have approx 10 Steel H beams on a retaining wall that need to be cut down to floor level. You will need an Oxy to cut them.

Install retaining wall in backyard garden. Supplies already on site - Timber sleepers and sleeves - just need someone to dig post holes, cement and put retaining wall up. Wall is 14m long.
