We have approx 13m2 (max) of garden that has been prepared (roughly levelled, edged, and with weed matting down) for the laying & compacting of crushed granite. We know the granite we want. The difficulty is we can’t get it craned in (will be about 1.8t of granite) so we will need it hand-carried up to the front yard (it’s elevated about 2m off the street.) Looking for a team that can take control of the whole project — we are happy to order granite for delivery. Will have 3hrs from delivery to lay & compact as it will be mixed with cement (or, if you have a way to mix on site/experience with that, we can keep separate and buy more time.) So is probably for a team of people! Ideally granite will be delivered to the street at front of property but worst case it might have to be the corner approx 15m away (see first photo — three terrace houses approx 4.5m wide between us and corner.) NB budget is because we have to put something in, definitely negotiable and flexible on when as we will also need time to get granite delivered/it can’t be delivered in wet weather.
