Help - this came with zero instructions and I have managed to put the handle together and the catcher but I cannot for the life of me work out how the handle frame fits onto the base?? It will prob take you 5 minutes??

Hi, my lawn mower has worked perfectly for years and it recently started sounding rattly and then the engine cut out mid mow. I bought service kit for the engine and replaced the oil, air filter and spark plug, still did not work. Emptied the fuel and pulled the carborator out, couldn’t see any blockages but to be fair I’ve never looked at a carborator before. Added new fuel and mower was then starting when cold, still sounds rattly and weak, and will eventually cut out after a decent chunk of mowing. If I turn the mower off, I can’t then restart the mower while the engine is hot, it sounds like it’s about to start but doesn’t hold. Now a couple weeks later I can’t get it to start at all. Just want my lawn mower to work again without costing me a fortune :(
