Hi, My new wardrobe has just been installed along with new skirting. As expected there are random dings and dents on the ceilings and walls. So looking for someone to complete the following tasks: - paint ceiling in wardrobe - patch and paint 2 small walls - patch and paint small holes on walls - paint hallway skirting (has already been gap filled at the top) - caulk gaps in the cornice - touch up on interior doors Paint supplied by me.

I now wish to have the whole roof painted. The room is approximately 9m x 5m. The roof paint is in good condition and needs very little prep. There are 11 down lights and 2 A/C vents to paint around. All walls on the floor plan need to be washed down and repainted - 2 coats Dulux Natural White. I don't think there is any plaster work that needs to be completed prior. Minor paint chips and wear and tear over 10 years. Walls only - no ceilings, no windows, doors or skirting boards. Is a new purchase so wanting to refresh before moving in so there is no furniture currently in the house. Images are from the sales listing to give an idea of appearance.
