I am looking for someone that can cut brick paving properly. To cut brick paving to size for the spot it is to lay. I require you to level some of the paving in courtyard and to then place the paving in the spot that has been levelled. I also require 2 soak wells under the paving or some other solution for when it floods. I can assist with the labour regarding pulling up small area of the paving and digging hole for placement of soak well.. I am looking for someone that that knows how to do the task and who is able to complete the task in full. I estimate that it is 20-25 brick pavers that need to be cut to size and shape to fit in the missing spots in the court yard… Also maybe 30 brick pavers that need to be reset.. I estimate it is no longer than a full days work for a capable person. You supply the materials,have your own tools (eg brick saw or water saw ect,ect) Materials I am guessing will not cost anymore than $150 (a bit of yellow sand,some blue stone for the soak wells,and a few brick pavers ) How I arrived at my budget for the task is fairly simple I imagine most people would be more than happy to earn $550-$600 for a good solid days work… Anyway if interested get in contact with your offer and please explain what your offer is.. We have levelled and paved our courtyard over the last few days, and now need someone to cut the final pavers to finish the job. There is about 250 45 degree cuts to make, and about 20 straight cuts for the border bricks. You’ll need a wet saw for this job. Pavers are 50-55mm depth and are supplied (have about 200 full bricks and another 150 broken ones). Photos attached of some of the areas. Let me know if you need to see the whole space! Ideally complete asap!

Brick paving, 2 small areas next to the backyard pool occuping 3-4 square metres in total. Clean level area (no clearing or removal required). Pavers are 230 x 115 x 50mm in size (on site already). I require someone to: - Drain backyard pond of water - Remove rocks around the edge of pond - Remove plants in garden bed - Supply and fill pond with sand - Use my spare brick pavers to pave over the pond The pond is about 2m x 1m If you would like to remove the pond to keep it I am happy with this. If you would like to take the pump system and water feature I am happy with this too. I have no use for it. The plants can be put in my greens bin. Rocks can be taken offsite or we can redistribute into the garden.

We need some bricks paved, about 4sqm. We have all the bricks and some bags of cement. Would need you to supply the rest, sand etc ... potentially some other bits and pieces too, but the bricks to begin with. Needs to be level with concrete base of shed. Prefer this Friday 15th.

Prepare base and re-lay existing red brick pavers to allow shed to be relocated from right side of garage to rear of garage. Area is approx. 1.7 m x 2.5m. I have used a placeholder in budget. Actual budget is a fair market rate as we agree.
