Outdoor path to be laid in clay pavers all new plumbing aprox 25m2

I need 35 pavers moved from Kenmore to Springwood. Ideally moved ASAP this morning. Full disclosure- the pavers are only 400 x 400 but they heavy. Approx 15kg per tile. They will need to be stacked neatly at the delivery point.

We have some outdoor stairs which are pavers which have been laid onto concreted pads. Looking for the existing pavers to be removed and replaced with charcoal coloured concrete pavers. The new pavers need to be secured in placed (ie new concrete or whatever is required to do that). Please include costs for the whole job including labour, supply of pavers, and removal and disposal of existing pavers. All stairs / pavers are shown in the photos. The photos are two photos of the entire set of stairs (one from top, one from bottom), as well as one photo of each section of pavers, plus one closeup of an individual paver. Please note there is no access to these stairs for a wheelbarrow or similar. So pavers, concrete etc will need to be carried by hand (down another set of stairs).
